We make each button to suit. The ring, the thread and the pattern all matter. We advise and make what suits the garment and the work, honestly and without fuss.
We work by hand. Casting the ring, laying the threads, working the wheel and the pattern, finishing, one at a time, with care. It is fine, absorbing work, and that is where the difference from a stamped button lies.
We enjoy a matched set most of all. Working a set of buttons for a garment or a restoration is the best work there is.
